Legendaryum ("Legendaryum", "we", "us" and "our") provides an online gaming platform that allows users from anywhere in the world to create virtual worlds, public or private virtual spaces, showrooms for brands, virtual galleries , exhibitions, conferences, events in various customizable spaces that may or may not use the streaming service of third-party platforms where you can instantly display your art and other visual content, with the possibility of viewing it on multiplatform. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of certain information, including your personal information, and to help you exercise your privacy rights.

When you use our Services, we may collect the following types of information:

INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE US¶

Account information. When you register for an account to use our Services as an authorized user, you will provide us with personal information (also known as “personally identifiable information” or “personal data” under applicable laws). This may include your name, email address, gender, phone number, photo or profile image (to create an avatar). Your avatar or the username you associate with your account may not be personal information depending on the extent to which any of the elements identify you. For business users or other types of users, we may collect additional personal information about you, including your company name and address and your role at the company.

Your communications with us. We collect personal information about you, such as your email address, name, employer or other company you are associated with, and purchasing plans, when you request information about our Services, sign up for our newsletter, request technical or support information. to the client. support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Virtual spaces. When you use our Services, you can create and customize virtual rooms and spaces and visit virtual spaces created by others ("Spaces"). The Services allow you to upload images and all types of content (collectively, "Content") to the Spaces so that you can easily share and collaborate with others. We collect and store data that describes the Spaces and the Content uploaded to the Spaces.

Streaming. The Services allow you to teleconference with other users within the Spaces. When you do this, we will capture audio and video of you and your surroundings and provide them to other users along with your Avatar to enable teleconferencing. We also collect and store usage information that describes teleconferencing activities within the Spaces, such as the number of files uploaded, the times and duration of teleconferences, and the identities of users who participated in the teleconferences.

Interactive features. We may offer interactive features such as forums, blogs, chat and messaging services, and social media pages on the Services. We and others who use our Services may collect information that you submit or make available through these interactive features. Any Content you provide through the public sections of these features will be considered “public” and may not be subject to all of the privacy protections referenced herein. By using these interactive features, you assume the risk that the personal information you provide may be viewed and used by third parties for their own purposes.

Payment information. We may receive payment information that allows you to pay us for the Services, but we cannot access sensitive personal information, such as your credit card information. Payment information is sent to a third-party payment provider to process payments for the Services. We may receive non-sensitive personal information associated with your payment information, such as billing address and transaction information, but we do not store payment information on the Services.

Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information which may include personal information.

Registration for Draws or Contests. We can hold raffles and contests. The contact information you provide may be used to inform you about the sweepstakes or contest and for other promotional, marketing and business purposes, if permitted by law. In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information about winners.

Congresses and Trade Fairs. We may attend conferences and trade shows where we collect personal information from people who interact with or express interest in Legendaryum and/or the Services. If you provide us with personal information at one of these events, we will use it for the purposes for which it was collected.

Business Development and Strategic Alliances. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to evaluate and pursue potential business opportunities. Job application. We may post job postings and opportunities on the Services. If you respond to one of these postings by sending us your application, CV and/or cover letter, we will collect and process the information contained therein, including personal information, to assess your suitability, suitability, skills and qualifications for employment.

Technologies are essentially small data files placed on your computer, tablet, mobile phone or other devices that allow us and our partners to record certain information each time you visit or interact with the Services.

Cookies. Cookies are small text files placed in the browsers of visitors' devices to store their preferences. Most browsers allow you to block and delete cookies. However, if you do so, the Services may not function properly.
Pixel tags/web beacons. A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded in the Services that collects user engagement information. The use of a pixel allows us to record, for example, that a user has visited a specific web page or clicked on specific content. We may also include web beacons in emails to let us know if messages have been opened, acted upon, or forwarded.

Analytics. We use service providers such as Google Analytics and may use others to collect anonymous or aggregated information about user behavior and demographics on the Services. INFORMATION FROM OTHER SOURCES¶

Legendaryum may allow you to register with certain third-party login services, such as Google (each, a "Third-Party Account"). If you use our Services with a third-party account, we will receive basic information linked to the account, such as your email address, full name, profile photo, and unique user IDs or tokens used by the third-party service. We will also receive files and other information from these third-party services that you specifically link to while using the Services, such as files from Google Drive, Google Docs, or Dropbox.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION¶

We use your personal information for a variety of business purposes, including: Providing the Services or Information You Requested, such as:

Perform our contract with you;
Continuous service improvements in platform performance;
Creation of new services;
Error correction;
Manage your information;
Bring personalized content of interest to users;
Process payment cards and/or other financial information (through a secure third party: payment processor) to facilitate your use of the Services;
Respond to questions, comments and other requests;
Provide access to certain areas, functionalities and features of the Services;

Provide you with notifications (via the Services, email, or text message) when a Space you follow goes live (live, when a user you follow is online, or performs certain other actions, such as public: listing a Space, entering to a Space, follow it). or another user;

Share content/spaces and profiles with friends, colleagues and third parties. We offer various tools and functionalities to share your profile, content and personal information with others. Your Legendaryum profile consists of the username you choose and the avatar you wish to use (whether identifiable to you, such as a photo, or not) (collectively, "Profile"). It also includes the list of people you follow and who follow you. Your profile is publicly viewable and searchable, and you have the option, at your sole discretion, to add a biography (and preferred links), which may include additional personal information. You may choose to share your Spaces with other users and third parties, in the same way as you do on other social media sites. Most Space creators want to share Spaces (including their Content) with users and third parties, and on other social media sites, to gain followers. You can also follow other users and “like” their spaces. The default setting for getting followers would be your Space's public list. Publicly listed spaces are visible and searchable on the Legendaryum "Explore" page and the user's profile page.

How we use automatic collection technologies. Our uses of automated collection technologies fall into the following general categories:

Operationally necessary. This includes Technologies that allow you to access our Services that are necessary to identify irregular behavior, prevent fraudulent activities and improve security or that allow you to use our features;
Related to performance. We may use Technologies to evaluate the performance of our Services, including as part of our analytics practices to help us understand how our visitors use the Services;
Related to functionality. We may use Technologies that allow us to offer you enhanced functionality when accessing or using our Services. This may include identifying you when you log in to our Services and keeping track of your specific preferences or previously visited pages; and
Related to advertising or segmentation. We may use our own or third-party technologies to develop and deliver content, including ads relevant to your interests, on our Services or on third-party sites. Depending on applicable law, we will request your express consent for such advertisements. We do not sell your personal information.

Tracking between devices. Your browsing activity may be tracked across different websites and different devices or applications. For example, we may attempt to match your browsing activity on your mobile device with your browsing activity on your laptop computer. To do this, our technology partners may share data, such as your browsing patterns, geographic location, and device identifiers, and will compare personal information from the browser and devices that appear to be used by the same person.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES¶

Please note that Legendaryum has little or no control over how people may use the Content you share. Through your control of the Spaces public list, you choose who you want to share your Spaces Content with while using the Services.

APIs and software development kits. We may use third-party APIs and software development kits (“SDKs”) as part of the functionality of our Services. The APIs and SDKs may allow third parties to collect your personal information, subject to applicable law, to provide you with Content that is more relevant to you. For more information about our use of the API and SDK, please contact us as set forth below.

Merger, Sale or Other Transfers of Assets. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financial due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, then your personal information may be transferred as part of such transaction as permitted by law and /or contract.

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS¶

You agree that all personal information processed by us may be transferred, processed and stored anywhere in the world, including, without limitation, the United States and other countries that may have data protection laws different from the laws where you reside. . "Do not track." Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

Cookies and interest-based advertising. You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as permitted by your browser or device. Depending on your address and the applicable law, we may request your express consent to the placement of cookies. Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, you can opt out of personalized ads in some mobile apps by following the instructions for Android and iOS. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION¶

The Services are not directed to persons under 18 years of age (or children as required by applicable law) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
